Exceptional Customer Service

Hello! I wanted to let you know that when my daughter’s best friend’s mother called in a few ago she got exceptional customer service! She was also very impressed when asked to please make sure it was medically safe to wait until her 5:20 pm appointment due to the high fever her daughter had. Once she arrived, she was seen almost immediately. She remarked how pleasant and wonderful the nurse was. She was then seen by a doctor who gave her baby a complete exam, including taking the time answer any questions and concerns she had after diagnosing her with an ear infection. He was outstanding, she said! Please let your staff know we say “thank you”.
