Life Saver

I was seen by your physicians’ assistant at Waugh Chapel with a 104.9 temperature and a seriously contaminated urine sample. Because he felt I needed immediate IV antibiotics intervention, Righttime Medical Care arranged for me to be quickly transported to the Emergency Room by ambulance, knowing only that it was a serious urinary tract infection. At one point my blood pressure dropped dangerously low. Little did we know until a day later, I was on the very edge of septic shock. Blood tests cultures showed that I had e-coli blood poisoning. I then spent the next few days receiving IV antibiotics. Righttime’s decisive action delivered me to the Emergency Room short of septic shock and coherent enough to expedite their blood poisoning analysis. I credit you with the first line contribution to saving my life.
