Not a Number

I don’t know how many letters of appreciation you get, but I could not let this incident slip by without praise for your understanding physician’s assistant. I have actually seen her twice now – once a month ago when I was so sick I could hardly stand up, and again yesterday when she gave me the most professional care I have received in a long time. She is a jewel and an outstanding asset to your organization and I hope you take the time to tell her. I have! In a place where a person could easily be a “number in a long list to be served”, she made sure I wasn’t!
