A true healthcare services visionary, is the Founder, CEO and Chief Pediatrician of Righttime Medical Care. Dr. Graw has been a practicing pediatrician, board-certified in pediatrics, hematology and oncology, for over 30 years and has led Righttime Medical Care since its founding in 1989 to respond to the needs of families for convenient, compassionate care when primary physicians were unavailable. Dr. Graw has a demonstrated track record in developing health care systems focused on the best interests of patients. A physician, researcher, educator, scholar, mentor, author and entrepreneur, Dr. Graw has spent his professional life contributing to the medical field and improving the lives of patients. His speaking engagements are focused on topics related to a new paradigm of patient-centered care, the complex medical economy and his commitment to a physician conscience-driven business. |
Stanford J. Coleman, MD
Director of Clinical Affairs and Provider Development

Stanford J. Coleman, MD, Director of Medical Affairs and Provider Development for Righttime Medical Care, has an extensive background in the medical management environment. Dr. Coleman oversees the hiring and development of all Righttime Medical Care providers, as well as oversees its provider training program. He is active in growth initiatives related to Righttime Medical Care's expansion, with particular attention to physician culture, telemedicine and improved delivery systems. Dr. Coleman is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He received his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1975 and his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1995. He is a licensed pediatrician in the State of Maryland. |
Laura J. Ketchum, Esq.
Executive Vice-President and Chief Counsel

As Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel for Righttime Medical Care, Ms. Ketchum oversees legal affairs, brand management, new initiatives and business development activities. Ms. Ketchum is active in guiding strategy and developing internal projects with Righttime’s teams. With a background in corporate and securities law, Ms. Ketchum has counseled numerous companies related to financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, intellectual property development and commercial real estate. Ms. Ketchum received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in 1982 and her Juris Doctor from Temple University in 1988. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and Pennsylvania. |
Barbara Stevens

Barbara Stevens is the Director of Operations for Righttime Medical Care. In her role, Ms. Stevens manages all Care Centers, as well as the Command and Call Centers, with a focus on enhancing the quality of Righttime's medical care and customer service. Prior to joining Righttime, Ms. Stevens had extensive experience in operations and management in the healthcare industry, with a focus on business and personnel development. Ms. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College New Jersey and a Master of Administration with a concentration in healthcare from Rider University. |

Robert G. Graw III is Righttime Medical Care’s Chief Technology Officer. He is active in guiding the technological aspects of the company’s operations, and is also responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of the Company’s strategic vision relative to innovative technology and telemedicine. Mr. Graw, a thought leader within the company, has extensive knowledge of software operating systems, network monitoring and hardware devices. He has significant management experience with operational and technical personnel. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. |
Jo-Ann Wilson, RN, BSN, CMSRN
Director of Nursing

Jo-Ann Wilson has served as Director of Nursing for Righttime Medical Care since 2007. Ms. Wilson, an established nursing leader with over 30 years of healthcare experience, focuses on pioneering standards of care development, recruitment and retention initiatives, and implementing new practice systems. She is an experienced educator, having developed, implemented, and taught multiple programs for physicians, nurses, and unlicensed clinical support personnel. Ms. Wilson oversees clinical nursing care at Righttime Medical Care and is involved in training and development activities for clinical staff. Ms. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1999 and a Diploma Degree in Nursing from Union Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1975. |
