Wednesday, March 25, 2009I called your Call Center last night and your operator realized I needed more care than Righttime could give. She referred me directly to 911. Your operator also took the extra care to call back in 10 minutes to make sure that I was alright, and learned that I was unconscious and a paramedic was there. It ended up that I had a life-threatening allergic reaction and ended up being in the ER for 10 hours. The ER nurse told me I was lucky that you told me to call the paramedics because if you hadn't, I would have died. Kudos to Righttime!
