Service with a Smile

We came in on Wednesday Night to the Pasadena Care Center and everything was wonderful! We were greeted with a smile and waited barely 10 minutes. We saw a nurse immediately and the doctor was extremely nice and patient. She answered all my questions without rushing me and completed all the tests she was able to do. We left very pleased with the service, professionalism, and care. I work in customer service and believe me, I know how to appreciate it when I receive good, genuine service which is not everywhere and every time! Thanks again!
