Stitches Success

This is a letter of appreciation for the excellent care my six year old son received from your Waugh Chapel staff on a night in August when he underwent his first set of stitches. Your staff talked him through the procedure so well that he never even shed a tear. Being a mother, as well as a nurse myself, I was expecting a much worse reaction. Please thank her and the rest of your staff that night for making such a traumatic event so much easier for my son.
