Team Effort

On Saturday morning, my son fell down the stairs and hurt his knee. At 11:10 a.m., I called Righttime and asked for the earliest appointment at either the Annapolis or Waugh Chapel location. To my amazement, I was given an 11:30 a.m. appointment at Waugh Chapel (just 20 minutes from the time of my call)! What prompted me to write this note of commendation is the way your staff operated as a “team” from beginning to end of what could have been a traumatic ordeal. How refreshing! When we arrived, our paperwork was waiting for us at the desk. While filling out the appropriate forms in the waiting area, I was assisted by two extraordinarily polite and efficient people. Our journey through the examining room to the young lady in x-ray who taught my son how to use crutches was most pleasant. Congratulations on having a wonderful staff of men and women who go above and beyond to treat patients with dignity, as well as deliver excellent customer service.
