Is Medicare accepted?

Yes, Righttime does accept Medicare Part B.

Is Medicaid accepted?

We currently accept Medicaid for the state of Maryland only.

How do I pay for my visit?

Righttime accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover for payments. Payments for insurance copays and deductibles are collected at the time service is provided.

What if I don't have insurance?

Righttime offers a tiered discounted membership program called The Righttime Club, which is available to patients without insurance. For more information, please call 888-808-6483 and ask about The Righttime Club.

How will I know if insurance covers the cost of services?

Each insurance policy is different. You should contact your insurance company to determine your Urgent Care benefits, deductibles and co-payment. Some insurance companies may deny payment for “non-urgent” diagnoses. Please check with your insurance company.

What if I forget my insurance card?

If you have visited Righttime in the past, we may have your insurance on file. Otherwise, you will be asked to pay in full at the time of the visit. Once you provide your current insurance information, we will submit your charges on your behalf. Any refund or additional balance due will be made after your insurance is processed.

What should I expect regarding co-payment?

Each insurance plan has different co-pay amounts. We will do our best to verify your Urgent Care co-pay if it is not indicated on your insurance card. Co-payments are due at the time of service. Our processes include real time verification of your insurance benefits

Why do I need to bring a photo ID to each visit?

Insurance fraud is a growing concern. We want to make sure we are providing services to the correct patient.

Where can I find a copy of my statement?

Patient statements are available on our secure Patient Portal as well as mailed to your current address.
