Robert G. Graw, Jr., MD

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Graw is CEO of Righttime Medical Care. He is also the President of Ancillary Services, Inc., a medical services organization that delivers a wide array of services to health care organizations, and the Managing Partner of the Pediatric Group, a private pediatric practice. Dr. Graw is also Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Righttime's program, HeadFirst Sports Injury and Concussion Care, which he launched in 2012 as the result of years of research, training, and planning. 

Dr. Graw obtained his B.A. from Pomona College in Claremont, California and his M.D. from the University of California in Irvine, California. Dr. Graw completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles. He is Board-certified in pediatrics, with a sub-specialty Board certification in pediatric hematology-oncology, and has published more than 100 articles in medical literature.

At the National Cancer Institute, he headed the section on Experimental Hematology in conjunction with a broad-based hematological support service for the transfusion of platelets and white blood cells. From 1983 to 1986, Dr. Graw served as Chief of Pediatrics at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland. He was selected by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1994 to be on the Examining Board for pediatricians who wish to become Board-certified in the United States.

He is a member of the Medical Honor Society at the California College of Medicine, and has served on the board of the Maryland State Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, local school boards and numerous pediatric and hematology/oncology organizations. Dr. Graw has been a long active member of the Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA) and currently serves as chair of their Health & Public Policy Committee, where he works to promote urgent care as an integral part of the U.S. health care system. He also speaks at national professional and business meetings.

Dr. Graw sees pediatric patients in his private practice, focusing on complex medical and family issues and mentoring young physicians in the art of medicine. He is a licensed pediatrician in Maryland, Virginia, California and the District of Columbia.  Dr. Graw has raised four children, two of whom are surgeons, and has six grandchildren.

Stanford J. Coleman, MD

Chief Networking Officer for Medical Affairs and Community Relations

Dr. Coleman has an extensive background in medical practice management and plays an active role in Righttime’s growth and community relations.  Dr. Coleman is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the National Board of Medical Examiners.  He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a licensed pediatrician in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, California and the District of Columbia.

Marc E. Weber, MD, JD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Weber is a trained pediatric emergency room physician with over 35 years of practice experience and is active in clinical care delivery at Righttime’s Care Centers.  Dr. Weber is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, with past certifications in emergency medicine and pediatric emergency medicine.  Dr. Weber received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and a Juris Doctor degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law in St. Louis, Mo.  He is licensed in pediatrics and emergency medicine in Maryland and South Carolina.

Jon Gonella, PA-C

Director of Advanced Clinical Practice

Jon Gonella, PA-C, provides strong operational leadership and coordination to mid-level providers. He serves as a Physician Assistant and administrator for the Care Centers and assists in recruiting, training, development and review of all mid-levels. He collaborates with other service lines and departments in order to establish processes for the successful operation of the mid-level services.

Mr. Gonella earned his B.A. degree from Washington College and graduated from Hahnemann University’s Physician Assistant program.

He is a nationally Board-certified Physician Assistant and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants, the Urgent Care Association of America, the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants and the American Heart Association.

Jessica O'Brien, FNP-BC

Director of Provider Education and Training

Ms. O'Brien holds a Master of Science degree from Monmouth University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Drexel University.

She previously worked as a Board-certified adult and pediatric emergency room nurse, and was formerly Director of Nursing at Monmouth County Correctional Facility in New Jersey. Ms. O'Brien has contributed to the profession of nursing as an associate professor and nursing practice committee advisor, and was recognized by her peers as a nominee of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses Nursing Excellence Award.

Ms. O’Brien has been the Emergency Training Program Manager for Righttime Medical Care since 2014. She practices as both an urgent care provider and a concussion specialist for HeadFirst Concussion Care program.

Bradley P. Graw, MD

Consulting Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Graw is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and holds memberships in the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. Dr. Graw received his Medical Doctorate from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and completed fellowships in Joint Replacement at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA and in Sports Medicine at Sports Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Medicine Associates (SOAR) in Redwood City, CA. As a physician leader and entrepreneur, Dr. Graw also holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is team physician for Stanford University Men’s Lacrosse, and is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland and California.

Tony Doran, PsyD

Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Dr. Doran is the Program Director of Righttime’s HeadFirst Sports Injury and Concussion Care, overseeing clinical operations and research initiatives. As a pediatric neuropsychologist, Dr. Doran also assesses patients with head injuries at HeadFirst clinics. His assessment approach utilizes concussion management software technology and a developmental neuropsychological approach to head injury evaluation and management. Current research initiatives are being developed with the University of Pittsburgh evaluating mTBI in children 5-10 years of age and University of Maryland on the process of word retrieval constitutes a sensitive indicator of cognitive recovery in children with mTBI.

Dr. Doran has over 20 years of experience in psychological assessment. He did his post-doctoral training in pediatric neuropsychology at Harvard Medical School and received a doctorate of psychology from the University of Hartford. Past research projects have been several studies evaluating severe stress in Special Forces personnel and studies monitoring DoD and Navy suicide prevention efforts. Dr. Doran has taught multiple psychology classes at the United States Naval Academy and John Hopkins University and was the psychological consultant for the Leadership, Ethics, and Law department that trains over 4,000 midshipmen each year. In addition to his private practice, over the past several years Dr. Doran has served as a subject matter expert and consultant for Military and Law Enforcement Commanders selecting Special Forces personnel at a variety of sites throughout the country.

Kimberly Bresnahan

Chief Operating Officer, Ancillary Services

Ms. Bresnahan is a key member of Righttime’s team, and oversees all support functions of the Call Center, Command and Resource Center, Billing, and Facilities teams. She is also an integral member of the executive team's involvement on new site development and technology solutions. Prior to joining Righttime, Ms. Bresnahan served in several capacities in the financial and banking industry, including in credit investigation, commercial lending and Real Estate Owned divisions, as well as for the Resolution Trust Corporation overseeing asset liquidation for a Savings and Loan company.

Ellen Black, Esq.

Chief Legal Officer

Ms. Black serves as Chief Legal Officer overseeing all of Righttime's legal affairs and supporting business development activities. Previously, Ms. Black served in a business development capacity and was involved in the operation of related healthcare entities.  She has a background in corporate and securities law and spent time at the Securities and Exchange Commission prior to rejoining Righttime as general counsel. Ms. Black serves on the Board of Directors and is a past president of the Maryland Medical Group Management Association. Ms. Black attended the Honors Program at the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned a Juris Doctor and Securities Law certificate from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law.  She is admitted to practice in Maryland.

Todd Abicht

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Abicht manages the day-to-day financial operations for Righttime Medical Care, and is also responsible for developing long-term financial strategies and metrics. His role as a key member of the leadership team includes working closely with the CEO and Operations and Clinical teams to position the company for continued growth. Mr. Abicht has several years of experience in finance, as well as a diverse background in healthcare operations. Previously, he served as controller of a multi-platform, national comprehensive eye care practice and as a financial reporting accountant for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Mr. Abicht majored in Business Administration and Accounting from West Virginia University's College of Business and Economics and recently passed the Certified Public Accountants exam.

Josh White

Director of Organizational Development and Business Strategy

Josh White supports Righttime Medical Care's growth initiatives and business optimization. He focuses on strategy development, culture and engagement, while working closely with Righttime’s Care Center teams to enhance service offerings. Mr. White has a background in business and marketing, having most recently served as director of sales for an international medical products and technology company, and previously as associate director for a marketing strategy company responsible for long-term growth in business and development efforts. Mr. White earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Princeton University, and served as a United States Army Ranger where he was deployed in several locations throughout the world.
